Nkawie (Ash), April 10, GNA - Members of the Kumasi Asante Kotoko Royal Circle 115 of Nkawie in the Atwima District on Saturday undertook a clean-up exercise as part of activities to mark the celebration of 'Adae Kese' festival.
They weeded the bushy areas around the twin towns of Nkawie and Toase, surroundings of the district hospital as well as scrubbed the floor of the hospital and removed cobwebs.
Addressing the members after the five-hour exercise, Mr Kwadwo Kuffour, Chairman of Circle 115 appealed to them to the members to endeavour to pay their dues regularly to support the club.
He commended the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, Life Patron of Kotoko for his efforts at rebuilding the team.
Nana Yaw Awuah, an executive member of the circle appealed to the national executives to pay frequent visits to the Circles to hold interactions towards the growth of the supporters and development of the club.
He also stressed the need for the Executives to spped up the inauguration of circle to give them the due recognition and advised the members to always comport themselves during the club's matches.
