Asante Kotoko has rejected a mouthwatering bid from Ghana Premier League (GPL) debutants, Dreams FC for sensational youngster, Dauda Mohammed, Sportscrusader.com can confirm.
The Kweiman-based club met with the hierarchy of the Porcupine Warriors and made their intent known, but they were told ‘Dauda is not for sale at any price.’
According to Sportscrusader.com sources, Dreams FC tabled GH¢ 50,000.00 for the the services the young striker who is currently on international assignment with the Black Satellites, the national U-20 team.
Kotoko do not have any figure which could trigger them to change their mind should Dreams FC return with an improved offer.
They are also unhappy Dreams’ advances could distract the attention of Dauda, and will do all they can to ensure he remains a Kotoko player.
