Reliable SportsInGhana.com sources indicate that after having a Board of Directors in place, the most successful club in Ghanaian football history have decided to also get on board a strong Chief Executive Director.

And we can reveal that Ashantigold CEO Kudjoe Fianoo has since sent documents to the Board of Kotoko that he wants to take arguably the topmost post in domestic Ghanaian football.

SportsInGhana.com can reveal that Mr. Fianoo has told the Kotoko Board to give him a 3 year contract and also give him free hand without any interference. He also wants to be given the free-hand to appoint his own competent management members to handle the good course of the club.

Many people have shown interest in this position which will be decided in a few days so it remains to be seen if the Kotoko Board will give the green light to Mr.Fianoo or they will settle on a surprise candidate.

Kotoko have experienced a massive shake-up this year and a new Board of Directors numbering about 8 headed by a renowned business man K.K Sarpong have been mandated by Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the life patron of the club to change the destiny of the club by instituting sound structures for future success.

A new and competent CEO has been underlined as needed by the club to pus forward the aims of achieving such targeted goals.
