Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah

" The Stars are missing Kwadwo Asamoah and Dede Ayew", this was the quote of Ugandan national team coach, Milutin Sredojevic "Micho" after drawing with Ghana at the Tamale Stadium a fortnight ago.

Obviously, Micho is much aware of the immense talent both players posses and how important they are to the Black Stars.

Kwadwo Asamoah over the years, has proven on countless occasions, to be a live wire of the Stars.

His absence has been felt each time Ghana plays, especially when the national team seem to lack a creative player.

Asamoah has been blighted with a several injuries, reducing his appearances for the Stars and Juventus, in the past few months.

The midfielder, no doubt, is one of our best midfielders , hence his absence is believed to be affecting the team negatively.

The Stars coach, Avram Grant was disappointed when Asamoah got injured again prior to our opening game against Uganda in the World Cup qualifier.

The whole nation looks forward to getting him back to the national team, because his contribution will go a long way to help Ghana in our world cup qualifiers.

Kwadwo, hope to see you soon.
