Former Black Stars defender Tony Baffoe is of the view that the way forward for the Black Stars of Ghana is for the Ghana Football Association to strengthen the Black Stars technical team with ex-national players.
The President of the Ghana Football Association Kwesi Nyantakyi hinted that the Technical team of the Black Stars will be beefed up in the near future during last Friday’s post African Cup of Nations press conference.
Speaking to Accra based Radio Station Radio Gold, the former Black Stars defender is of the belief that the Black Stars will be able to get back to winning ways if the Ghana football Association will be able to argument the Technical team with Ex Black Stars players.
“The only way we can move forward is to get some ex-Black Stars players to be part of the Technical team. They know what some of us achieved when we played during our days. Some of us can definitely motivate those players, and I am sure if the Ghana Football Association is able to get some of the ex Black Stars players on board we can even qualify for the 2014 World Cup,” he said.
