Liberty Professionals? Michael Osei has completed the four-month ban handed him by FIFA for breaching his contract with Busan I'Park.
But Osei can only return to the playing field after refunding an outstanding 40,000 dollars paid him by the Korean club.
The former Kotoko right-winger completed his ban on Tuesday.
But Michael Osei says Kwasi Afrifa, a Kumasi-based lawyer who brokered the deal would have to return $25,000 being his share of the deal to enable him settle the amount with the Korean club.
According to Osei, his agent took $40,000 dollars on his behalf and paid him $15,000 even before they could conclude a deal with his former club, Asante Kotoko.
The player says efforts to get to the agent have failed.
Osei told the GNA sports that he is doing his best to get Kwasi Afrifa refund his share of the money and would consider pressing charges against him if all attempts should fail.
