Former Milan midfielder Sulley Muntari is set to return to Serie A, as he’s agreed a deal with Pescara.
The Ghanaian, who also played for Inter and Udinese, left the Rossoneri in the summer of 2015 to join Saudi Arabian side Al-Ittihad.
With the Delfini needing a midfield reinforcement following the departure of Alberto Aquilani, Sky is reporting that Muntari is in the city and will train with his prospective new teammates tomorrow.
The 32-year-old has already agreed a contract with Pescara, and will be available to Massimo Oddo once he formalises his release from Al-Ittihad.
