Okrah voted Premier League's MVP

Bechem United's Augustine Okrah has won the 2013-14 Premier League best player award after finishing as top scorer to crown a season of success.

Okrah completed a night where he had already been decorated with the top scorer award at the First Capital Plus Premier League awards at the Banquet. Hall, State House on Saturday.

The striker warded off stiff competition from Seidu Bancey of Asante Kotoko and New Edubiase's Asiedu Attobrah for the Best Player prize.

President of the Ghana Football Association Kwesi Nyantakyi flanked by Minister of Sports Mahama Ayariga and Isaac Enchill of First Capital Plus Bank presented the award, which was revived by the chairman of Bechem United.
