Accra, Dec 5, GNA - Former Premier League campaigners Accra Great Olympics have secured a place in the 2005 National Middle League in their quest to return to the premiership, one year after their exit from the elite soccer league.
The "Dade Boys" after their shocking defeat at the hands of Tema Youth last Wednesday, bounced back into the race to stay tops of the table after a lone goal victory over Great Mariners last Saturday. Olympics qualified from their Zone alongside Tema Youth with Wise Fighters and All Blacks picking the Middle League slot from Zone Two. The four clubs will however have to wait for two other qualifiers from Zone One before the commencement of the national Middle League, which is now known as "Fun Play Middle League".
The Zone One Sub Middle League was placed under a court injunction initiated by Kintampo United.
