Key Ghana man Kwadwo Asamoah believes teamwork will be Ghana’s biggest strength at the 2010 World Cup and insist with that the team need not fear no side.
Asamoah was one of the stars of Ghana’s fine Nations Cup run and will have a key role to play again in South Africa.
The Udinese midfielder says he is up for the challenge but is adamant Ghana’s campaign will not rest on names but team effort with Germany, Australia and Serbia providing the opposition.
“I think we are good because we rely greatly on team work,” he told KickOffGhana.com.
“We have no small team or big team. Everyone can play. So our commitment level will matter a lot and our hard work will pay off a great deal at the World Cup. At the World Cup, no game will be small or easy for us. We are determined to do well.”
And Asamoah belief Africa would have it’s best world cup amidst talk the continent could win it’s first world title in South Africa.
“That is the belief and even if it does not happen I think this would easily be the best world cup for Africa. That I am very sure of.”
