John Pantsil's agent has pleaded with West Ham to allow the Ghana international to move on from Upton Park.
Pantsil joined The Hammers last summer from Hapoel Tel-Aviv, but failed to cut any ice in East London.
His talents are still respected around Europe, as he has been the subject of offers from France and Turkey, but West Ham have so far failed to cut a deal.
Jaky Mouyal represents Pantsil and he claims West Ham are demanding too much for his client and is looking for the Hammers to alter their stance.
"I have received two offers for John Pantsil, but West Ham have refused to transfer him," Mouyal told setanta.com. "John wants to play so he has to leave.
"Those offers don't come from England but from abroad. One is from a Ligue 1 club in France and the other one is from Turkey.
"The Turkish club that wants to sign him is in the league's top 3 (Galatasaray, Besiktas or Fenerbahce).
"West Ham wanted more money from his transfer and that is why they have refused. But they should let him go, it is in their interest."
