The first Adansi Derby of the season is with little funfair with both New Edubiase United and Ashanti Gold SC battling for form.

However, Edubiase United are motivated ahead of the epic clash with their first away point at the Sogakope Park last Sunday.

Edubiase are approaching the crunchy derby with a full strength squad.

Ashanti Gold SC on the hand tasted their first home defeat in the Premier League since 16th February, 2014 when debutants Dreams FC saw off the league champions in an emphatic style.

AshantiGold SC will do the derby without injured duo Amos Addai and Paul Abakah Nkrumah.

Daniel Addo will be available for selection after serving a match ban.

He was sent off against Dreams FC a week ago.

The Elephants have earmarked Wednesday's game as a redemption tool after losing three league matches on the streak and elimination from the MTN FA Cup against Division One side Asokwa Deportivo.
