Ghana international Quincy is considering his options, with a number of clubs showing an interest in the Al-Sadd winger.
The former Arsenal man spent last season on loan at Panathinaikos and he impressed with six goals and 18 assists.
Now he is heading back to Al-Sadd, but a host of clubs are ready to offer him a route away from Qatar.
Italian giants Napoli, Turkish outfit Fenerbahce and some Premier League clubs are all keeping close tabs on the 26-year-old.
With Quincy going into the last year of his deal, Al-Sadd are keen to get a deal done to avoid losing him for nothing when his contract ends in 2013
A spokesperson for his agents Straight Ace Sports told Sky Sports: "Quincy has come off the back of a great season so understandably he has a few options to consider.
"Panathinaikos are keen to make the deal permanent too.
"Quincy has thrived under the management of Jesualdo Ferreira at both Panathinaikos and La Liga side Malaga but Quincy's next move is not something we are going to rush into."
