Satellites to play Feyenoord and Liberty

Accra, Oct 11, GNA - Black Satellites would on Sunday play as guest of Fetteh Feyenoord as part of their preparations to find tune their strategies ahead of the four-nation West Africa Football Union (WAFU) tournament slated for Abuja next week.

The team drew two all with Kumasi Asante Kotoko last Sunday and expected to play Accra Hearts of Oak on Wednesday and the Satellites coach Francis Oti Akenteng envisage the duels against Feyenoord and Liberty Professionals on next week Tuesday would provide the team with the desired preparation for the competition.

The Satellites would be leaving Ghana on Tuesday, October 18 for the competition, which runs between October 20-22. Ghana last month booked her ticket to the competition in a four-nation tourney, which had Senegal, Benin and Niger hosted by Ghana, which is to climax the celebrations of the 30th anniversary of the Economic Community of West Africa States (ECOWAS). Cote D'Ivoire, Nigeria and The Gambia complete the teams for the Abuja competition.
