The junior National Team, Black Starlets will round up their training tour in Egypt today after their last friendly game.
The Starlets who have since a month ago been preparing at the Ismailia Village for the African U-17 Championship slated for Togo next month are expected in Ghana on Thursday after playing series of friendly matches with mostly division one clubs and youth teams of some top Football Clubs in Egypt.
A Management member of the team, Nana Kwame, who is the Chairman of Div. one Club Berekum Chelsea described the tour as successful so far, and revealed that “Though we had some difficulties in getting teams to play with, I think the boys have gained a lot from this tour”.
However, the team is expected to move to Cape Coast for some days upon arrival and finally leave for Togo after Ghana’s Independence Day Celebration.
