Accra, Feb 22, GNA - The Player Status Committee of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) will on Thursday, February 24, with players and club officials at its Secretariat on Thursday, 3rd March. The invited players are from the camps of some top Premier League sides as well as Division One Clubs.
Mr Edward Bawa, Administrative Officer of the GFA in a Press release copied to the GNA Sports cautioned that players and clubs that fail to appear before the Committee would have their cases struck out. The Division One clubs' have Great Ambassadors with the highest number of players from their camp requesting for a floating status.
They are Isaac Appiah, Owusu Debrah, Felix Amisah, Stephen Ofori, George Cudjoe, Daniel Akoto, Atta Simon and Rama D.K. Kudollo. The others areIbrahim Kluvi, Accra Hearts of Oak and George Eranio, AshantiGol FC, Paul Ofori from Kpando Heart of Lions, Nasiru Baba Simba and Dennis Brown from Power FC, Frank Agjei and Charles Ampiah from BA United, Roger Odamten and Charles Boateng from the camp of Accra Great Olympics, Stephen Owusu - Kotoko, Baffour Gyimah - Okwawu United, Nii Nanka Bruce - Berekum Arsenals, Ibrahim Mugu - RTU and Charles Ampiah - All Blacks.
The rest are Ahmed Mustapha - Gold Stars, Joe Sam - Akwatia Diamond Stars, David Okine - Fenhac, Evans Kweku Mensah - Deelorm Stars, Vishnu Amegble - Vipers, John Maclean, Kofi Sarpong Nimo and Eric Eklu from Fauzan, Dennis Nkadzi - Mitdjyland, Mumru Mohammed - Dwarfs, Nii Quartey Barnor - Powerlines, Prince Ocran - Manna FC, Bebbley Gardener - Khalid FC, Nii Nortey Ashong - Osu Panthers, Godwin Dotse Issosa - Oscar FC, Salami Musah - Young Rangers, Eric Oduro Boateng Soccer Learners, Gershomn Adjetey - Gt.
