Tema Amadaus beat Dwarfs 2-0

Amadaus Professionals descended on Cape Coast on Sunday, stopping the winning spree of Ebusua Dwarfs with a 2-0 win in their Glo Premier League match played at the Robert Mensah Stadium.

As if destined to lose the match, Dwarfs twice had two goal bound shots hit the cross bar and rebounded into play in the 55th and 85th minutes.

The league debutants shot into the lead in the third minute when Yahaya Mohammed connected from Dennis Osei corner kick into the net to take his tally in the league to 10 and firmly in control of the scorers chart.

Back from recess, Dwarfs forced the tide in their favour and nearly pulled level but Bright Lukeman’s shot hit the cross bar and rebounded into play to leave the visitors off the hook.

Roger Adongo increased the visitors tally to 2-0 ten minutes after the break, compelling Dwarfs to take over the attack in search of the equalizer that never arrived.
