Tetteh names 24 for Egypt

Black Satellites head coach Sellas Tetteh has named 12 foreign-based players in his 24-man squad for next month's Fifa Under-20 World Cup.

Quartet Daniel Opare, Rabiu Mohammed, Ishmael Yartey and Sadick Adams who missed the African Youth Championship early this year have been recalled.

Also invited is Opoku Agyemang who impressed with the Black Stars and John Benson of Aspire Academy have been handed debut calls.

Hearts of Oak youngster Tawrick Jibril has been left out of the squad after being named in local band of players.

The squad will be pruned to 21 before the tournament kick-starts on 24 September.
