Ghana’s Black Maidens have stepped up their preparation ahead of the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup which kick-starts on 30th September 2017 in Jordan.
Ghana’s female U17 team have moved camp to Cape Coast after setting up a base at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence in Prampram for the past three months.
The Maidens are led by one of the continent’s most qualified coaches, Coach Evans Adotey, who will be looking forward to make history when the tournament begins.
Meanwhile, the team are scheduled to embark on a trip to Qatar for a tournament before proceeding to Jordan for the major championship.
Ghana is drawn in a tough group which includes United States, Japan and Paraguay.
