Ghana youth international Yaw Yeboah has been omitted from the Lille squad to face Caen in the French Ligue 1 on Saturday.

The 18-year-old starlet returned to the Lille squad for their 1-0 win over Saint-Etienne on Wednesday.

But manager Frederic Antonetti has left the 2015 Ghana U20 starlet out of his squad for the game.

Yeboah's game-time and first-team inclusion has been limited under Antonetti since taking from Herve Renard.

Lille make a trip to Caen who are second on the Ligue 1 table.

French-born Ghanaian defender Dennis Appiah is expected to be in action for Caen as they seek to perpetuate their handsome form in the league.

The former AS Monaco player, 23, has been rated the most impressive offensive defender in the French top-flight.

Appiah has started and completed all 16 games for Caen since the start of the season. He has won MVP awards thrice in the season.
