Yeboah steps in for Paintsil

Black Stars head coach Milovan Rajevac has invited Samuel Yeboah to replace the suspended John Paintsil for next week's 2010 World Cup qualifier against Sudan in Omdurman.

The Israel-based striker missed out on the 22-man squad that made the trip to Mali last week.

The Black Stars left Accra for Kenya on Saturday night for a one-week stay before emplaning for Sudan.

Yeboah is one of the most sought-after strikers in Europe as he has been linked with a host of clubs at the end of the season.

John Paintsil will sit out of this month's second World Cup qualifer due to double yellow cards.
