  • Turkish league championship 2000/2001

He is a capable all-rounder at home in defence, midfield and also up front.

During Ziese's first stint in charge of Ghana, the German gave Johnson his international debut in 1991. But the central defender was dropped on the eve of the 1992 African Nations Cup, after Ziese was forced out of the job.

A broken leg suffered at the 1994 African Nations Cup finals in Tunisia set his career back for almost two years but he has since played for Kalamata in Greece, Anderlecht of Belgium and Turkey's Gaziantepsor and Fenerbahce. Won the league with fenerbache in 2000/2001

Johnson has shown impressive form with Fenerbahce this season (2002/2003) and said his experience in Europe has made him a much better player.

    Moved from Gaziantepspor in 2004
