August 2016 -- Madina Republicans sold striker Cissey Mohammed to Lebanese Premier League side Ijtimaee Sporting Club on a two-year deal. Mohammed will be making the move from a lower division side to a top-flight abroad but played in the Ghana Premier League two seasons ago with Liberty Professionals.
