Unity Club thrash Power Hands attackers in volleyball league

Koforidua based Unity Volleyball Club humiliated Power Hands Attackers from Obomeng by three straight sets in the week six fixture of the Akro-Ako Eastern Regional Volleyball league played at Nkawkaw.

The experienced team from Koforidua dominated play in all three sets by winning 25 to 12, 26 to 24 and 25 to 23 in the first, second and third sets respectively to carry the day.

The other game witnessed, Supreme Fingers from Nkawkaw show their superiority over St Gabriel Volleyball Club from Konongo, when they defeated them by three sets to one.

Supreme Fingers drew the first blood by winning the first set 25 to 16 and St Gabriel Volleyball Club won the second set by 25 to 18 to level up.

St Gabriel Volleyball Club then fell to Supreme Fingers in the third and fourth sets by 25 to 20 and 25 to 17 respectively.
