Prominent social media activist, Frema, has once again raised concerns about the ongoing illegal mining (galamsey) activities in Ghana. In a fiery post sighted by DailyNewsGhana, she did not mince words as she criticized both the criminals involved and the leaders who have failed to put an end to the menace.
Frema, known for her outspoken nature, expressed her frustration by writing, "These criminals will all suffer stroke, cancer, paralysis, kidney diseases, etc. b4 they die!".
Illegal mining, or galamsey, has been a long-standing issue in Ghana, causing severe environmental degradation, including the pollution of water bodies and destruction of farmlands.
