The Ghana Freedom Party (GFP) founder and presidential candidate, Akua Donkor, has declared her running mate.

She chose Kwabena Agyeman Appiah Kubi, better known as Roman Fada, a Ghanaian radio host, as her running mate for the 2024 Ghanaian elections.

Roman Fada hosts the Drive Time Show for Atinka FM, which is situated in Accra. In addition, he is the manager of Daddy Lumba, a seasoned Ghanaian artist.

Prior to Adakabre Frimpong's unavailability for the role, Akua Donkor had intended to appoint another well-known figure from the media.

Social media users, however, are reacting to her choice of Roman Fada.

With the election on December 7th just a few months away, Akua Donkor has yet to introduce her manifesto and policies.

Her major concerns, however, remain the Free Senior High School and the battle against illicit mining (galamsey).
