At the 2024 CAF Awards, which took place Monday night in Marrakech, Morocco, Ghanaian international Mohammed Kudus was named to the esteemed CAF Men's Best Team of the Year.

Kudus established himself as one of the best football players on the continent thanks to his outstanding achievements for both his club, West Ham United, and the Ghanaian national team. The offensive midfielder has emerged as one of the most notable players in African football this season due to his steady performances and contributions.

The 24-year-old, who has consistently impressed with his technical skill, vision, and work ethic on the field, is the only Ghanaian to be named to the Team of the Year, which is a noteworthy accomplishment.

The CAF Best Team also features other renowned African stars such as Egyptian forward Mohamed Salah, Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, and Nigerian winger Ademola Lookman, who have all been pivotal in their respective club performances.
