Reduction in the cost of Application Forms for admission into Health Training Institutions

The Ministry of Health has announced a significant reduction in the cost of application forms for admission into health training institutions across Ghana. According to a press release signed by Health Minister Kwabena Mintah Akandoh, the cost has been slashed from GHC 200 to GHC 150. This initiative aims to make applications more accessible and affordable for prospective students.

Key Details:

- Application Period: The new pricing will take effect during the 2025/2026 academic year admissions process, which runs from Tuesday, April 22, 2025, to Thursday, June 19, 2025.
- Purchase Points: Application forms will exclusively be sold at:
- GCB Bank PLC
- Agricultural Development Bank (ADB)
- Objective: The reduction is intended to enhance access and affordability for applicants nationwide, as stated by the ministry.

To apply, prospective students can purchase application vouchers from the designated banks and follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Health Training Online Application Portal using the serial number and PIN from the voucher.


2. Fill out the online application form.
3. Attach required certificates and a photo.
4. Submit and print out the application summary.
5. Regularly check application status using the PIN and serial number.
