A middle-aged guy known only as Adaju has been detained on suspicion of killing his partner for ritualistic reasons. He is suspected of being a "Yahoo boy," or online scammer.

The culprit was captured in Agwan Sarki, Orozo, which is the border between Nasarawa State and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), according to information obtained on social media by DjQwequ blogs.

According to reports, an intelligence tip led security personnel to an incomplete building nearby, which ultimately resulted in the suspect's detention. The suspect confessed to the crime after being questioned by some community members in a video clip that is currently trending on social media.

The Secretary of the Orozo Community, Comrade Abwami Nuhuson Daniel, confirmed the incident in a post on his Facebook page.

He wrote: “I got the shock of my life as we apprehended a ‘Yahoo’ ritualist with a human head (his girlfriend) inside a nylon bag in Agwan Sarki, Orozo, FCT.

“I thought I just used to watch things like this until I experienced one live today in my community.

“And this guy said the remaining body of the girl is still in his house. May God have mercy on this generation.”

According to her, the crime was committed in Nasarawa State and not in the FCT, as being circulated on social media.
