Actor Kofi Adu, better known by his stage name Agya Koo, has denied rumors that he and fellow actor Kwadwo Nkansah, better known by his stage name Lilwin, had any personal problems.

Speaking on Kumasi based radio station, Lawson Radio, he stated they have a friendly relationship, and underlined that it is human nature for people to invent difficulties where none exist.

“It’s similar to how people used to say that Anthony Yeboah and Abedi Pele were at odds, or that Daddy Lumba and Nana Acheampong were feuding,” he said.

Agya Koo stated how he firmly believed in Lilwin when he was initially shown to him on set as a gifted comedian with promise.

“I encouraged them to bring him on because we had a goal to compete with Nigerian actors. If there was someone talented, it was best to include them.”
