John Dramani Mahama, the president-elect, has announced preparations to form the committee that will oversee his initial 120-day social contract.
He clarified that the committee will assist in carrying out the 120-day social contract, which aims to implement important programs and reforms during the first few months of his presidency. When the Apostolic Fathers' leadership made him a courtesy call, he revealed this.
"We have carefully chosen the tasks that we believed could be completed in 120 days. Therefore, we're going to put in a lot of effort to make sure we can cross each one off at the conclusion of the 120 days. "I shall shortly form a group tasked with accomplishing these objectives. Operation Recover All Loot falls under this.
Our goal is to increase accountability even further. We have a fundamental duty to respect the values of accountability and probity since they are stated in our constitution.
John Dramani Mahama, the incoming president, has promised to name cabinet members within the first 14 days of taking office.
In addition, he has pledged to lead a lean administration, establish a strict code of ethics and standards for all public servants, and start a national economic discussion centred on budgetary restraint.
The E-Levy, COVID-19 levy, 10% betting charge, and emissions levy are among the nuisance taxes that the next administration has pledged to abolish.
He claims that all of these pledges will be fulfilled within the first 120 days of taking office.
