All Ghanaians have received warm Christmas wishes from President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, who has urged them to remain united.
He emphasized in his Christmas speech that "Ghana is a nation destined for greatness" and urged the populace to unite in the pursuit of extraordinary feats, lead by love and optimism.
"May this Christmas fill our hearts with joy, our homes with laughter, and our lives with blessings," the president said, wishing the country peace, joy, and blessings during the holiday season.
Additionally, he emphasized the need of mutual support and urged citizens to keep working toward peace and harmony.
Especially during the holidays, President Akufo-Addo called on Ghanaians to reaffirm their resolve to be peacemakers and forward thinkers.
He went on, "Let's help those who are less fortunate by giving them the invaluable gift of our time, love, and presence, in addition to material assistance."
The President prayed for God's ongoing blessings on Ghana and its people and said he hoped the new year would bring the nation closer to achieving its goals.
