Amenfi Central: The Sekondi High Court has lifted the ban on Joana Cudjoe of the NDC

The order that barred Joana Gyan Cudjoe, the National Democratic Congress' (NDC) candidate for Amenfi Central, from running in the next parliamentary election has been overturned by the Sekondi High Court.
Following an earlier adjournment of the case, the NDC requested that the court release the injunction on its candidate and dismiss the substantive disqualification. The verdict was issued on Monday, November 11, 2024.
