Haruna Iddrisu, the former Tamale South Member of Parliament and Minority Leader, lost his mother.

The MP, who has long been a well-known figure in Ghanaian politics, is deeply saddened by the tragic news that was announced this morning. Although the funeral plans have not yet been made public, his constituency and fellow politicians are certain to be severely affected by the loss.
