Former manager of dancehall artist Shatta Wale and entertainment commentator Lawrence Nana Asiamah, better known by his stage name Bullgod, has praised the artist and his current management for receiving an invitation to the just-completed Vybz Kartel's Freedom Street Concert 2024 in Jamaica.

In addition to expressing his joy at the invitation, Bullgod commended Shatta Wale for his exceptional achievement while serving the nation.

For the "On God" hitmaker, it was a dream come true, according to his former manager. Vybz Kartel had long been his idol, and Shatta Wale had always wanted to meet the Jamaican musician.

Bullgod appeared on Joy Prime's Prime Morning show to discuss his feelings about Shatta Wale's performance.

It was included in the dream. As a huge lover of dancehall and reggae, Shatta has always loved Vybz Kartel and could see what he was doing even before we met. He stated, "You can see the inspiration behind it when you look at where he's going with his craft."

Bullgod pushed his staff to strive for a Vybz Kartel-like trajectory when they first started working with the musician, and they did so until their abrupt departure.

Even though Bullgod is no longer working with the musician, he expressed pleasure in Shatta Wale's current crew for helping him accomplish the goal.

"We recognized the source of the inspiration and influence when we first viewed the dream. Therefore, we are pleased of the team that Shatta Wale is currently with for making this dream a reality and for being able to witness this full circle event in our lives. Believe me, everyone is content. It's a dream we started, whether or not we are with him, and we're happy it came to pass," he said.

Bullgod added that he was thrilled to be a part of Vybz Kartel's historic comeback, particularly in light of the artist's survival during his thirteen years in prison.

He also disclosed that, prior to the regrettable arrest of the Jamaican rapper, Sarkodie, Kendrick Yehowada, and Vybz Kartel had come up with the idea for the Rapperholic event.
