Mahama will speak during the 92nd annual meeting of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission.

The 92nd Annual Jalsa (Convention) of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission in Pomadze, Central Region, is scheduled to be addressed by President John Dramani Mahama. Taking office on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, this will be his first public appearance.

The convention's theme, "Justice and Peace: The Essential Ingredients for National Development," aims to emphasize how important harmony and justice are to Ghana's development and unity.

President Mahama's speech, which is slated for the second day of the event, is anticipated to centre on the importance of justice, peace, and interfaith cooperation as pillars of sustainable national development.

The three-day event  will draw thousands of Ahmadi Muslims and dignitaries from across Ghana and beyond, underscoring the Mission’s dedication to fostering spiritual and social cohesion.”

It will be chaired by the Ameer and Missionary in Charge of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission, Alhaj Maulana Noor Mohammed Bin Salih.
