According to the post, clients are left waiting for extended periods while staff, instead of attending to their duties, are reportedly busy taking photos.

Bra Kalala who is presenter nd reporter with Bolga-based radio station A1Radio, expressed frustration, stating,

"Clients are asked to sit and wait for them to be called for their medicines or I should say drugs...staff who are supposed to be actively working in serving clients are busy taking photos." The post concluded with a sarcastic remark about the country and its citizens being "serious."

The allegations have raised concerns about professionalism and efficiency at the facility.

Many social media users have called for immediate action to address the issue.
