Ghanaian social media star Clementina Nkrumah, popularly known as Afua Nash, has shared her audacious idea to use an eat-a-thon to break a Guinness World Record. Afua Nash, who has amassed a sizable TikTok following due to her remarkable eating prowess, declared her intention to break the record for the longest eating marathon ever.
Afua Nash revealed her intention to eat continuously for an incredible 103 hours and 20 minutes—that is, four days, seven hours, and twenty minutes—in an Instagram post. Beginning on November 11, 2024, the event will be live-streamed on YouTube's Savage Room show from Afropod Studios in Accra.
