Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), expressed gratitude to the people of Chereponi in the North East Region for their massive support during his recent visit.

The Vice President was visibly moved by the enthusiastic crowd and promised to continue working tirelessly for Ghana's development, particularly in the North East Region.

Dr. Bawumia outlined his vision for the region, emphasizing infrastructure, education, and healthcare improvements.

He also urged residents to remain steadfast in their support for the NPP, citing the government's achievements, such as the Free Senior High School policy and infrastructural projects.

The rally in Chereponi showcased the region's strong backing for Dr. Bawumia, with traditional leaders and party faithful affirming their commitment to ensuring his victory in the 2024 elections.

Ghana's elections are highly competitive, and the 2024 polls promise to be a closely contested race between Dr. Bawumia and former President John Dramani Mahama.
