Reverend Victor Kusi Boateng has been cleared by the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) of allegations that he held two passports with different names and was involved in the theft of funds meant for the National Cathedral project .
The allegations were made by Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, who petitioned CHRAJ to investigate Rev. Kusi Boateng's actions. However, after investigating the claims, CHRAJ found no evidence to support the allegations .
It's worth noting that CHRAJ did investigate the transfer of GH¢2.6 million to JNS Talent Centre Limited, a company owned by Rev. Kusi Boateng. However, they found that the transfer was not a case of theft, but rather a payment made to Rev. Kusi Boateng for services rendered in paying contractors for the National Cathedral project .
