Government commissions 80 state-of-the-art school blocks to provide modern learning environments for students.

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo recently commissioned 80 educational projects across Ghana, marking a significant milestone in the country's efforts to improve access to quality education . The projects include kindergarten, basic STEM school blocks, and dormitories, and are equipped with modern facilities designed to meet the demands of 21st-century education.

Some of the specific projects commissioned include:

- *Kindergarten Blocks*: Amankwade Kindergarten, Komenda Edina Eguafo Abirem Abrem – Berase 2-Unit Kindergarten Block, and Techiman -Nsuta RC Primary 2-Unit Kindergarten
- *Classroom Blocks*: Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai -Muoho KG Primary 6-Unit Classroom Block, Binduri – 6-Unit Classroom Block, and Accra Metro Salvation Presby
- *Dormitories*: Several dormitory projects were also commissioned across the country

The Minister for Education, Dr. Osei Yaw Adutwum, emphasized the importance of maintenance culture for the newly constructed blocks, announcing the recruitment of 50 facility managers to oversee the maintenance of the projects .
