Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, the Vice Presidential candidate for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), is embarking on a two-day tour of the Oti Region, starting today. Her goal is to rally support for John Dramani Mahama, the NDC's presidential candidate, and the party's parliamentary candidates ahead of the 2024 elections.

During her visit, Prof. Opoku-Agyemang will engage with voters in several communities, including Likpe-Mate, New Ayoma, Abotoase, and Kparekpare. She'll be highlighting the NDC's key manifesto policies, such as empowering women financially, creating job opportunities for the youth, and enhancing education at all levels.

Prof. Opoku-Agyemang is expected to conclude her tour on Friday and return to Accra the same day.
