The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has reaffirmed its commitment to revitalizing agricultural colleges in Ghana, with a focus on promoting Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). This initiative is part of the NPP's broader strategy to promote TVET and address the needs of Ghana's agricultural sector. By revitalizing agricultural colleges, the NPP aims to enhance the sustainability and resilience of food production systems in Ghana.

In fact, a project aimed at reviving agricultural technical and vocational education and training in Ghana has already been underway since 2019 ³. The project seeks to contribute to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goal 2, which aims to end hunger and ensure sustainable food production systems by 2030.

Overall, the NPP's commitment to revitalizing agricultural colleges is a positive step towards promoting TVET and addressing the needs of Ghana's agricultural sector.
