He also highlighted his personal ambition to secure a 70% vote share in the Akuapem North constituency, attributing this goal to his extensive grassroots engagement .

The NPP's presidential candidate, Mahamudu Bawumia, has also been working towards a successful campaign. He won the party's primary with 61.43% of the vote, confirming him as the NPP's nominee for the 2024 elections .
