In a shocking instance, a suspected robber from Ghana who was apprehended breaking into a victim's home at an odd hour offered a very funny response when questioned why he was there. Joe-Patrick, a teenage suspected thief, was apprehended prowling around a house at an odd hour.
The homeowner initially thought Joe-Patrick was a thief, so he arrested him and made a personal investigation. Joe-Patrick, however, asserted that he was not a criminal and clarified that he frequently prowled about people's houses at night to listen in on couples' private conversations.
