Jackie Appiah, a well-known Ghanaian actress, has reached yet another noteworthy milestone by winning the 2024 Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA) for "Best Actress in a Leading Role." She defeated a number of notable competitors, including Unati Faku, Laura Pepple, Girley Jazama, Ife Irele, Oyin Oladejo, and Uzoamaka Aniunoh, to win this prestigious honor for her exceptional performance in the well-liked Ghanaian film Red Carpet, which stars a number of Ghanaian actors, including Adjetey Annan, Kalsoume Sinare, Roselyn Ngissah, Ekow Blankson, Oscar Provencal, Juliet Ibrahim, and others.
Jackie Appiah demonstrated her reputation as a beauty icon in the industry at the 2024 AMAAs, looking lovely in a silver gown adorned with sequins, with impeccable makeup and exquisitely groomed hair. A large number of people from all around Africa attended this year's AMAAs, which were hosted in Lagos, Nigeria.
