Cosmetic surgery is the first thing that people think of when they think of Michael Jackson, the King of Pop. The rationale behind the several treatments, however, is something that most people would not comprehend. According to the autopsy report following his death in 2009, he had several scars on his hands, wrist, arms, nose, and base of neck. Matt Fiddes, his ten-year bodyguard, disclosed the true cause behind Michael's nose operations.
