Kwaku Manu, a Kumawood actor and comedian, has faced criticism for his clothing at the recent presidential banquet honoring President John Dramani Mahama.
Many dignitaries, celebrities, and political personalities attended the ceremony, which occurred after Mahama's inauguration on January 7, 2025.
Kwaku Manu attended the dinner with a white t-shirt, wine-colored trousers, and white shoes, which stood out among the other guests' formal dress. He was seen conversing with individuals such as gospel performer Nacee and the event's MC, KOD.
Social media users chastised Kwaku Manu for his attire, questioning its suitability for such a sophisticated event.
The presidential dinner was a big occasion, attracting a varied range of attendees, including media star Abeiku Santana, Sam George, and other NDC MPs.
