NPP-NDC Disturbances at Mamobi: Police restore calm, on manhunt to arrest perpetrators

The Ghana Police Service has restored order in Mamobi, a suburb of Accra, after clashes between supporters of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) left nine people injured.
According to a statement from the Police, seven of the injured have been treated and released, while two remain hospitalized.
An intelligence-led operation is underway to apprehend the identified perpetrators, who will be brought to justice.
