Yaw Adomako Baafi, a former NPP communications director and member of the party's flagbearer team during the 2024 presidential race, has bemoaned the party communicators' lack of attention in the run-up to the general elections. He said that party communicators were excluded and that their entitlements to allowances were denied.
In a December 23, 2024, interview with Okay FM, Adomako Baafi mentioned Dr. Bawumia claimed after the election that the party's defeat was caused in part by certain media outlets' lack of support.
